[gdal-dev] Windows line endings

Hello
Is there an option in GDAL to set line endings for text files like ESRI hdr
or GeoTiff ftw files?
We are working on Windows and some software we use expects CRLF and gets
confused when only LF is used. I was looking in global options but could
not find suitable switch. I create files using gdalwarp from  C++ API. Any
tips appreciated.
