[gdal-dev] gdal-dev Digest, Vol 164, Issue 23

Thank you sir for your reply.Still I am not getting the problem.I followed
the steps suggested. Though it is not giving error but also not converting
the file into proper projection system,after observing the parameters of
output tiff file its
protection system is Arbitrary(pixel based)
resloution is 0.12x0.12 Degrees
Datum:unkown
UL map:0.843,81.042

Instead of this I want projection system Geographic Lat/long
pixel size: 0.04x0.04 degrees as this datasets having 4km resloution
Datum:WGS-1984

Kindly tell me how I can do this.
