[gdal-dev] GeoPDF with a KML layer and a rotated GeoTIFF layer

Dear Even and Andreas,

thanks for your answers.
I did try with a VRT file, with the following :
* LayerSRS tag,
* use of OGRVRTWarpedLayer  layer type
with no success.

In fact I was trying to avoid Even's advice : warp the original image to
make it "north up". But if I understand it correctly, I will have no choice.
