Hello,

When upgrading from GDAL 2.2.4 to GDAL 2.3.1, loading GDAL/OGR as an SQLite extension doesn't seem to work anymore.

Specifically, using the SQLite C# Wrapper, we do the following steps :

System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteConnection connection = new SQLiteConnection(connectionString);
Connection.Open();
Connection.LoadExtension("gdal230.dll");
Connection.LoadExtension("mod_spatialite.dll");

Then accessing the database using Spatialite causes violation errors. Since this worked with a 2.2.4 build, I wonder. Has something changed around this driver ?

Thanks,
Sébastien
