[gdal-dev] [EXTERNAL] Change an image from 0-360 to -180 to 180

Maghan,
    I prefer the VRT method (near the end of this page
<http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/UserDocs/RasterProcTutorial>) which I use
all the time, but this page (listed next, which also lists this VRT method)
has a couple other options:
