Hmm, landed in proj_as_wkt() but I'm not being able to build a proj debug. No matter setting
		-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ^
		-DCMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES=Debug ^
In cmake, I end up with a release build
