[gdal-dev] Compile problems gdal3.0.2 against proj6

Hi Even, 

Yes - you are right. Other gdal library dependencies still link to the
old version. 

I will the trick at
https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/BuildingOnUnixGDAL25dev first, before I
try the harder way to recompile all other packages.
