Hi Paul

Did you manage to solve this issue, I'm also unable to output a dash pattern
to PDF, it's always a solid line no matter what pattern I choose.

I also found several other PDF styling options not working:

- dash patterns for Linestrings
- LABEL option for Linestrings
- angle (a:) option for Points, when {angle} needs to be read from feature
properties.

I would appreciate any help from anyone to make the above work, I have tried
everything. Gdal v3.1.4
