[gdal-dev] "latest" rasterlite2?

Hi,

There are just no ready made tarballs available which is the normal
situation with Spatialite project.
I do not build programs myself but at least I could download the source code
from the current trunk. I downloaded fossil for Windows from
https://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/uv/download.html and then I run  command

fossil clone https://www.gaia-gis.it/fossil/librasterlite2
librasterlite2.fossil
