Pity, I thought it would be simple but in your case avoiding -skipfailures is obviously not enough.

Please use “reply to all” on this mailing list, otherwise mail does not reach the list.

Thanks for that. I removed the argument but the process still loads one-by-one and does not seem to use BCP...

Don't use -skipfailures. It is only possible to skip errors one by one if
transactions also contain just one row. It is even documented in the
