That should be fine. At least for reprojection purposes. On reading, the driver doesn't try to 
match with a EPSG CRS. It builds a custom SRS. So it can decide which axis order is fine (here 
the "traditional" one) and advertize it consistently in the data axis to CRS axis mapping
