[gdal-dev] GDAL conda build

Hi Jon,

You can press edit and add a section with all of your own notes 
(everything you have written here in your emails to the list) to the 
bottom of that page, so that way you avoid the thinking of 'i must 
update the entire wiki page'.  (no exclamation point needed)
