[gdal-dev] GDAL conda build

Hi Jon,

No approval/funnel through one person for edits, you can just add your 
notes there, so others can follow them someday (and avoid list archive 
searching).  Over time maybe someone updates or enhances your notes, or 
not, that's how the wiki thrives.

Thanks for taking the time to do this, most do not (now I could use the 
exclamation mark here, ha)  :)
