[gdal-dev] Call for discussion on RFC77 Drop Python 2 support

Hi Howard,

Thanks for your comments!
I have some PRs that I work on and I want to get merged before I can
consider promoting other efforts :)
(and I really hope this RFC would pass so I won't need to backport them to
Python2 in order to get them merged...)
