[gdal-dev] How does it work FEATURE_SERVER_PAGING?

below my debug output.

I have GDAL 2.4.4, released 2020/01/08. FEATURE_SERVER_PAGING is not
compliant with this version?
If yes, there is no note about it in the documentation.
