On behalf of the GDAL/OGR development team, I am pleased to announce the 
release of the GDAL/OGR 3.2.1 bug fix version.

Also note that the GDAL 3.2.x series will be the last one to support Python 
2.7. Starting with GDAL 3.3, Python 3.6 or above will be required for Python 
functionality.
