[gdal-dev] Broken link in docs

Hi all,

I just noted a very small issue in this page:

https://gdal.org/download.html#linux-docker-images

After this period " Information on the content of the different
configurations can be found at " there's this URL:

https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/tree/master/gdal/docker

It's broken, the working one is:

https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/tree/master/docker

I'm sorry I'm not able to fix this by myself.
