[gdal-dev] Mosaicing using GDAL Wrap / Translate

Hi,

Sorry, but I am a linux person and it usually takes me 3 times longer to 
write python.

There is the python program gdal_retile.py, but if I remember, it didn't 
handle my use case the way I wanted it.
