[gdal-dev] Building mrsid autoload driver

Thanks. I tried as suggested, but mrsid plugin configure is still unable to
find the geotiff library.

Comparing configure scripts in
  src/gdal-3.0.4+dfsg, and
  src/gdal-3.0.4+dfsg/frmts/mrsid/pkg
I see substantial changes in mrsid and geotiff library detection.
Unfortunately the mrsid plugin appears too old to work on my system
