[gdal-dev] GDAL Docker Build fails

All,

Currently, the GDAL Docker Build fails:

/~/git/gdal$ docker/ubuntu-full/build.sh --platform linux/amd64//

--all      && rm -rf /build_tmp_proj' returned a non-zero code: 23/

A couple of days ago, I was still able to build it (v3.5).
