[gdal-dev] Off topic COG question

Sorry to post this unrelated question to the GDAL group but I was hoping
someone could provide some recommendations.  Does anybody know of a way to
efficiently publish a WTMS / TMS from a COG source.  I know I can use
something like MapServer / Mapcache or GeoServer can use the cog as a
raster source but this seems like additional overhead as the COG internal
tiling and overview structure is already optimized.  I know of titiler but
