[gdal-dev] testclosedondestroydm.test

Can you run "gdb autotest/cpp/testclosedondestroydm" , "run" , and when 
it crashed "bt" so we have a backtrace of where it crashes  (all of that 
after running "source ../scripts/setdevenv.sh")
