[gdal-dev] [ERROR]GDAL 3.8.4 on Ubuntu 24.04 could not warp after minutes, but GDAL 3.4.1 on Ubuntu 22.04 can?

Hi,
This is a test case and it works fine on Ubuntu 22.04. I'm not sure why
in Ubuntu 24.04 it stops working and hangs up.
