[gdal-dev] Motion: Approve use of sponsorship program for OSGeo code sprint travel expenses

Hello PSC,

Several GDAL maintainers and PSC members have expressed interest in
attending the OSGeo Community Sprint to be held next month in Riga, Latvia
[1]. I would like to motion for the GDAL Sponsorship program to reimburse
travel expenses up to 1000€ for Europeans and 1500€ for non-Europeans
attending the sprint.
