[gdal-dev] Motion: Approve use of sponsorship program for OSGeo code sprint travel expenses

Hi Andrew,
The primary motivation for attending the sprint is to work side-by-side
with other GDAL developers and community members. From this perspective, I
would argue that paying for every maintainer and PSC member to attend the
same event would be money well spent. This is quite unlikely to occur but
if it did, the total cap would be 18 000€ with the current composition of
the PSC and maintainers.
If all maintainers / members that have publicly or privately expressed
interest attend, the total cap would be 8500€. I expect most attendees will
be able to travel for less than the proposed caps.
