Too many questions and people skip them. Too few and they don't provide enough granularity. It's a tough balance. The survey is already a bit long, so I'm anxious to break it apart even further.

The survey is an imperfect instrument, but it can provide a more rounded perspective than only those from highly motivated mailing list or bug ticket participants :)
