[gdal-dev] Do ECW Auto tests get run via any automatic workflow?

As you can see in

"gdrivers/ecw.py::test_ecw_7 SKIPPED (Driver ECW not present)"
So I don't think it is tested. Maybe in a different workflow, but I would
be surprised.
