[gdal-dev] GDAL 3.10.2 release candidate available

Hi,

It's already been 10 days, but I'm only thanking you now.
Even though I'm not the maintainer of GDAL on FreeBSD, as a member of the Desktop team—who has to deal with (and sometimes struggle with) libraries like Poppler—I can only thank you for thinking of us!
Personally, it's always a pleasure to see software projects that don’t break with every new version and that apply patches with clean commits, like GDAL does.
And now, we even get the release right away—what more could we ask for?
