[gdal-dev] Removal of gdalwarpsimple app

Hi,

Maybe there was not any reason to keep that historical relict, originally called Mapinfo Image Warper from 2002, because gdalwarp exists.

* Purpose:  Commandline program for doing a variety of image warps, including
 * image reprojection.

* Copyright (c) 2002, i3 - information integration and imaging

The remove was triggered by this ticket
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/issues/10001
with a comment "gdal.ReprojectImage() is to be considered legacy / superseded at that point"
and then resolved by https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/10003
"Doc: mark GDALSimpleImageWarp() and GDALReprojectImage() as superseded per GDALWarp()"

Any reason for removing the gdalwarpsimple from the list of apps? I see that it was removed as part of below commit
