I had initially enabled the Parquet driver now that apache-arrow is in the archive, but it turns out to only be available on 64-bit little endian architectures.
With GDAL being a core geospatial library I don't want architecture specific dependencies, and recursively removing the rdeps is far too invasive.
So I've dropped the Parquet driver again.
Users who want the driver are encouraged to help get the apache-arrow package available on all release architectures.
