Update: I've actually switched to using the Arrow/Parquet packages now 
available in main Ubuntu repositories, 
so ghcr.io/osgeo/gdal:ubuntu-small-latest 
and ghcr.io/osgeo/gdal:ubuntu-full-latest are now on 26.04 (the later 
having arrow/parquet support)
