Informal chat session rather than meeting + agenda tomorrow...

dear all,

As there's nothing on the agenda for tomorrow, no specific actions
pending, and a couple of people are away, I'd like to suggest that
Geodata not hold a full-on IRC committee meeting with minutes / agenda
tomorrow. Incubation's example has been to have an open chat session
at the same time on alternating weeks. (11EST / 1600UTC Thurs)
