[OSGeodata] FOIA and VMAP1 anyone?

I may be able to have TOPP put in some time on putting some of it up 
too.  Has to be a demonstration of GeoServer, but I'm fine if we hooked 
up other OSGeo projects to it, or just dumped the database after we do 
processing.  We've already got a bunch of notes and scripts on how to 
load tiger: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOSDOC/Loading+TIGER+data 
  (and a bit on gnis and vmap0) And we're happy to port these to an 
OSGeo Geodata site when it's ready.

I think we should try to get a provision from telascience about open 
geodata soon though, for the massgis data as well...
