Thanks for the input Richard. That website looks very interesting, and I
will read it over on my lunch break today.

I agree. I don't want to muddy the waters, I was just trying to respond
to David's e-mail by indicating my personal willingness to move things
forward. If there is already a coordinated effort on Geodata licensing,
I can start with my inventory of geodata access polocies among public
agencies in California.

the one to watch.
