[Geodata] geodata Licenses

In Italy we're trying to start a campaign  to invite public 
administrations to adopt an open license for their geodata (paid with 
public founds... can you imagine).

crschmidt, suggested this project from OSM talk list:

as they state, it's still a beta version.

FrankW:
"This data is free to use, modify, and redistribute without restriction."

apparently there's still nothing mature to suggest.
