[Geodata] GSHHS 1.6 Shapefiles

Ralf Gerlich was so kind to write a little tool that converts a GSHHS
database directly into every format that is supported by 'libogr'. By
default it is writing four Shapefiles. Note, that this release of
Shapefiles contains closed polygons, not linestrings - voila:
