One of the problems with older geo data is lack of metadata, and I'm
currently wrestling with several collections.  Tools to help create
metadata for "stuff" would help several groups to share stuff.  I've been
hindered by being unable to use some interesting data due to its vague
origin.  I encourage better metadata tools, they are needed.
