Hi,

I second installing a fresh new 2.4.0 instance, and looking that this
committee agrees the proposal, I would know pass it to the SAC to see
where and how install the catalog. I have no idea about the internals of
the OSGeo facilities and software installation procedures.

I don't know if we need you (Jeroen) to have the catalog installed but I
don't have any problem to wait after the summer...if we don't forget
it!! :-)
