Good Morning from Ghana, West Africa.

I've been on this list for sometime now. I follow every bit just that I
haven't seen any traffic from other ​Africa regions. As Tim said 'South
Africa' centric :).

I think there is more work ahead talking about decentralization of Chapters
and the way forward.
