Hi all,

Looking at the doodle poll (Thanks Marco) it looks like May 2nd at 14:00 UTC
is the best time for our meeting.

Thanks Phil for offering your facility, that is really appreciated. Will it
be possible for you to send the url and the basic instructions for
teleconference to all in the list, so we can arrange the telemeeting on 2nd
May. Also please confirm 2nd May 14:00 UTC is fine for you.

I was planning to do the agenda wiki etc this week but because of FOSS4G LOC
meetings and other works, i couldn't get time . Will aim to do this in the
weekend. I will also do the short video of intro and key activities before
the telemeeting.

The good news is that this week we had a very productive meeting of FOSS4G
2013 LOC and we have been impressed by the excellent submissions and we are
all working hard to make sure an excellent program is produced and announced
soon.

Looking forward to see many of you on 2nd May.

Suchith

teleconference with 10+ people (if google hangout reaches maximum limit) we
can request Philip Davis's (GeoTech) facilities if needed.

to do the taping. Down side of this option is that someone has a slow
connection or if there is a lot of traffic sound and images can be choppy.

introducing themselves and their labs. Many ways to create the videos. One
of them is to use the free version of
www.screencast-o-matic.com<http://www.screencast-o-matic.com> (limit of 15
minutes of recording). This web service records all activity occurring on
the computer. Then we can upload videos to ICA-OSGeo Labs Network website.
