[Ica-osgeo-labs] [OSGeo-Discuss] OSGeo's spending budget for 2015

Hi Suchith,

I appreciate the idea of allocating funds for GeoForAll web site related
work. For people like me who are from developing countries and initiated
OSGeo Labs, this web site is the main reference point. It acts as the
umbrella, linking everybody, which I feel matters much. Personally, it
helped me to convince others about the value of this initiative.
