[Geo4All] CFP: First NSF Workshop on Conceptualizing a National Geospatial Software Institute

Hi Shaowen,
I'm not in a position to pitch to the NSF as:
* I'm Australian, not from the US
* I'm not an academic
However, I have material which I'm very hopeful someone else might want
to make use of to justify why a pitch should be for Open Source GIS. I'd
be happy to work with someone doing such a pitch to customise their
material.
