Nikos, thanks for another GeoForAll newsletter!

Here are some suggestions (feel free to ignore any of those):

1. Include link to the given issue and all issues to the announcement email.

2. Order the link on the website to have newest at the top.

3. Make the links to PDF go directly to the PDF and not tiger download. I
don't know what is the mechanism there, but most PDFs in general would just
open in the browser, but here they need to be downloaded first. Tested in
Firefox and Chromium. There is no need to go through download dialogs when
one wants to read the newsletter.

4. HTML version of the newsletter.
