http://osgeo.getinteractive.nl  is the beta website put up by the company we hired to redo our website. The form is something we are using to collect information for the beta website, the content will be transferred to our servers and take over as the main website end of august.

You are correct, I think someone with edit permision was trying to figure out how it works and kept making new "options 1" entries. I have removed them.

I am new to google forms we should have the following:

* geoforall lab form: https://goo.gl/forms/SEluzzopSva8N9R13

* resoruce form for course material: https://goo.gl/forms/AfaleJbomJzVmsMH3 

Please let me know if those work for you.

there was a small typo in the email that Jody sent recently regarding the form for the new OSGeo - GeoForAll labs website.

The message was to fill in this form NOW, preferably before August 7 - here is the link to the form:

We recommend GeoForAll labs to take this opportunity to create their beautiful OSGeo website presence while Get Interactive is under contract to help. This is also a major test for our organization to verify how many members we actually have, out of the 118 listed on the wiki.

Please take the opportunity to use the form now when it will do a lot of good.

If you out it off until later you will be dependent on geoforall leaders to populate the website (with some help from Jeffrey John if he can sort out some automation)

Jody, with the above sentence, are you trying to say that the labs should not fill the form now (“do not take this opportunity”???) I am a little bit confused by this message (and the labs are probably too) - perhaps you could clarify on the list.

If you put this off until later it will be up to GeoForAll volunteers to get work done by editing. I know Jeffrey Johnson has some ideas about automating from these google forms - but I do not want to hang all our hopes and pressure on Jeffrey as a volunteer.
