[Geo4All] US Education Department budget

Very bad news... but it is a breakpoint that will allow the consolidation
of ecosystems based on the collaborative construction of knowledge. Most
large multinationals are likely to leave public institutions (knowing there
is no more money to buy products or licenses); And that gap can be easily
covered by the goodwill of communities like Geo4All.
