Asunto: [Geo4All] US Education Department budget

Dear Colleagues,

I don't know if it is true but, the US Education Department budget is
less by almost 11 billion US$ cutting many school programs from the
public education (no teacher training, no arts etc), making even the
student loans more expensive.
I think that it is time to strengthen our efforts to support free
education services to all, especially to those who really believe in
free and public education. Let us all do the best we can to offer free
teacher training programs. We do have a lot of free materials and a
lot of courage to go on. And, yes, we do this for years now. Lets keep
doing it.
