[Geo4All] website feedback survey

Can you *please* fill in the survey, with this feedback - it is excellent
feedback that needs to be heard.

Personally I am also disappointed with the mapping (most of the remaining
bugs are around these maps). We have had a hard time getting effective
support from our community in making these go:
- We had gretchen do up a nice basemap using the good cartography ... and
we were not backed by sufficient performance.
- While you provided a wonderful D3 map in August, I did not manage to
share it with the team (Alternate map for GeoForAll Labs
<https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/115>
  <https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/115>) as a feature request until
much too late

So it is not a placeholder, it is just not good (and we need it to be
great). I am trying to set up a breakout meeting with their developer Marvin
(m.binneveld at getinteractive.nl) in the coming days if you would be
available to attend a meeting. I will be making a doodle poll to see when
people are available.
