[Geo4All] GeoForAll teaching and research resources

Make a motion with the GeoForAll advisory board indicating the work to be
done and requesting a budget.

I would contact Get Interactive and ask if they are interested, if so you
can negotiate a contract for our president to sign. If it is small enough
Get Interactive may be willing to just do the work and send an invoice.
