[Geo4All] scholarships for State of the Map / HOT Summit

Dear all,

There are scholarships available to the OpenStreetMap "State of the Map"
conference which is immediately preceded by our "HOT Summit" event this
September. Both at the same location in Germany and applicants can apply
via this single form if they are interested in either event. Deadline is in
two days on 30 March.
