[geomoose-psc] Incubation meeting prep

So where are we at:  

a) Contribution agreement?

I have not seen the documentation changes hit the website yet …

b) As for the checklist or review stuff … we need it for incubation (beats answering a lot of email), it is up to you if you need something similar in your docs or codebase afterwards.

Some of those wiki pages I quickly stamped out as I tried to figure out what was going on, feel free to copy them to the GeoMoose wiki to prevent duplication.

Ideally this would be a good venue to point out the "new" contribution agreement and indicate we are finished.
